JEFF JONES

Jeffrey Jones, Managing Partner, is a Maine native who has over 30 years of experience helping clients in southern Maine. Jeff's expertise includes family law, real estate, corporate law, planning and wills/probate.
 
Jeff graduated from the University of Maine Law School in Portland. He has been licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Maine since l982. Jeff is also licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Jeff is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and is active with the Alumni Association of the University of Maine School of Law. He has served on the board of directors, and as president and legal counsel for the Sportsmans Alliance of Maine (S.A.M.), advocating the rights of hunters, fishermen, and large landowners. Jeff's practice emphasizes business matters; land-use cases; real estate disputes; estate planning matters; probating of estates; and contested divorce cases. He handles matters both on an hourly and a contingency fee basis. He is married and lives with his wife, Lucia, and children, Natalie and Andrew.  DAN WARREN

Dan Warren, a native of Scarborough, is also a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, and the University of Maine School of Law. He served two terms in the Maine House of Representatives l984--88, and also a term on the Scarborough Town Council from l988--91. He has been General Manager of the Libby-Mitchell American Legion Post 76 baseball teams, and was inducted into the Maine Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008.  He is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes lawyers with jury verdicts or settlements worth one milion dollars or more.
